According to client's requirements, we equips this plant with machines, vibrating feeder ZSW-600*130 1 unit, jaw crusher PE-900*1200 1 unit, cone crusher HCC-66 1 unit, cone crusher HCF-66 2 units, vibrating screen 2YKJ-2460 4 units, storage bin 1 piece, feeder GL-150*250 2 units, belt conveyor several units, etc.

When large block of stones are entering into the feeder hopper, they will be feeded by vibrating feeder ZSW-600*130 and  crushed by jaw crusher PE-900*1200. Then the crushed stones will be conveyed to middle storage bin, next to be feeded continously by feeder GL-150*250 to belt conveyor. They will be carried to cone crusher HCC-66 for secondary crushing. The crushed stones will be conveyed to 2 units of vibrating screens 2YKJ-2460 for size sorting and some parts of screened stones will be returned to cone crusher HCF-66 for tertiary crushing. The teritiary crushed stones will be conveyed to stock dump. Other parts of screen stones will be conveyor to other two units of vibrating screens 2YKJ-2460 and screened as products to the stock dump.
