According to client's requirements, we equips this plant with machines, vibrating feeder ZSW-420*110 1 unit, jaw crusher PE-750*1060 1 unit, cone crusher HCC-54 1 unit, cone crusher HCF-54 1 unit, vibrating screen 2YKJ-2460 2 units, belt conveyor several units, etc.

When large block of granites are entering into the feeder hopper, they will be feeded by vibrating feeder ZSW-420*110 and crushed by jaw crusher PE-750*1060. Then the crushed stones will be conveyed to cone crusher HCC-54 for secondary crushing. The crushed stones will be conveyed to 1 units of vibrating screen 2YKJ-2460 for size sorting and some parts of screened stones will be returned to cone crusher HCF-54 for tertiary crushing. The teritiary crushed stones will be conveyed to stock dump. Other parts of screen stones will be conveyor to other 1 unit of vibrating screens 2YKJ-2460 and screened as products to the stock dump.
