During the production and business activities in the mining enterprises, the production process is closely related to the efficient profits for enterprises. The effective ways for enterprises to create good profits: (1) production scale; (2) a good design of the production process. The normal processes in mining enterprises are two -stage crushing process and three- stage crushing process. The two-stage crushing process is divided into open-circuit and closed-circuit. These processes are only appropriate way to the small-scale underground mining site, in small crushing ratio about 15-25, its crushing capacity is not big, often less than 1000tons/day. Firstly, iron ore raw materials through the hopper are continuously fed in to the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for primary crushing. After primary crushing, the materials are transported by belt conveyor to cone crusher for secondary crushing. After secondary crushing, these materials are sent to the vibrating screen to be separated. After separation, standards-compliant parts will be the final products, and the rest of the material would be re-sent the cone-crusher for crushing again, and firming a closed circuit. The final products sizes can be separated and grated according to customer special request.
