The hydraumatic nitrogen (N2) model cone crusher is the microcomputer full-automatic crusher machinery which is produced by our company, this series of crushers are divided into four machine models such as the thick sized crusher, middle sized crusher, thin sized crusher and super thin sized crusher, each kind of machine model has different specifications; In order to meet the different machining ability of the different factories and mines, the machine can be made to bring its best working ability into play by rationally choosing the appropriate machine model.
The N2 model cone crusher can automatically control and operate the essential working step, and the host computer can automatically finish the clearance adjustment of the tooth board just by importing the setting clearance in the course of start-up, and the preparation work before starting up the machine can be finished with pressurizing on the locked oil cylinder, and the clearance’s value will appear on the man-machine interface, if a piece of iron has entered into the crusher by accident in the course of crushing, the fixed tooth board can open automatically and let out the hard iron piece to protect the device from being damaged, when this machine has stopped working for malfunction, the big stone stock blocked in the crusher cavity can be removed for the upper part group of its own machine body will be raised by releasing the oil cylinder, and this kind of cone crusher can reduce the using time of operation adjustment and getting rid of malfunction in a great degree and raise machine’s working efficiency.
The N2 model cone crusher mainly consists of: 1. Lower part group of its own machine body 2. Principal axis group 3. Releasing oil cylinder, accumulator 4. Moving tooth board 5. Fixed tooth board 6. Rotation framework of the oil motor 7. upper chamber 8. Locked oil cylinder 9. Upper frame 10. Partial seat group 11. Transmission shaft group. (See the attached drawing)
The main motor drives the transmission shaft group and the partial seat group to rotate in the course of working, and the moving tooth board of the principal axis group will do the centripetal rotating swing, thus the radial section inclination between the moving tooth board and fixed tooth board will change periodically; when the radial section inclination becomes bigger, the big block falling from the upside will move down and it would be finally locked at the below end of the two tooth boards, and when the radial section inclination becomes smaller, the big block locked at the below end of the two tooth boards will be bitten by the two tooth boards and it would be crushed finally. The crushed block will be locked and crushed again when it enters into the under-part place, and the crushed block will be discharged from the interval of the tooth board’s larger diameter when it reaches a certain granularity.
