DY series movable belt conveyor can be divided into two categories of lifting type and non lifting type,the running conveyor belt is drive by electric roller, mobile belt conveyor has two types of electric type and manual lifting type.
Belt width mainly has 500mm, 650mm and 800mm. Length mainly has 5 meters, 8 meters, 10 meters, 12 meters, 15 meters, 18 meters, 20 meters, etc., special specifications can be designed separately.
Mobile belt conveyor is suitable for short distance transportation and loading and unloading of bulk materials or articles. Adopt steel pipe structure, light and beautiful, good mobility. The rotary device is an electric roller, and is provided with an air filled tyre and a steel wheel two walking wheels. The angle is adjustable for more than 10 meter length conveyor.
1. Barrel-type eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block to adjust the amplitude, easy operation and maintenance.
2. Woven screen mesh by spring steel or punching sieve, with long service time and not easy blockage.
3. Use rubber vibration isolation spring, with long service time, low noise and stable resonance zone.
First of all, using weighing frame to detect the weights of materials on the belts, and digital speed measurement sensor to measure the running speed of feeder, of which the pulse output is proportional to the speed of feeders; and both signals be sent to feeder controller to process the information by the microprocessor and then show the total amount or the instant flow. This value will be compared with the setting ones, and the controller send the signal to control the speed of belt conveyor to satisfy the requirements of constant feeding.
